There's something wrong with Blogger lately I think, I cant upload photos,
so it'll be all wordy again. Anyway the past few days/week I had been busy
with Architectural Rendering and it was really a killer. No sleep at all, or
rather one or two hours maybe? Finally handed it in on Monday and now I'm stuck
with ComDI. The ppt is on Friday, hopefully we'll finish by then.

I have nothing to say alr, this is crap.
Oh whatever, bye.

Movie o la*?

Went for service today, which was pretty good cos not as crowded as
it was decentralized services. Then went over to SimVille or someth to have
high tea and some fashion show, it was kinda alright.
However Milli and I were still hungry thus we went over to have late lunch
at Subway over at Payar Labar.

Aft that, headed down to CityHall to meet Su, Pamm, Jason and sis and Jeriel.
They had their dinner over at Macs and quickly walk over to Victoria Theatre.
BUT BUT BUT we seem to lost our way while walking, to and fro under the rain
somemore. Still thanks to the nice people around who guided us there :D
If not we'll still be stuck somemore and gonna miss more of the concert.

Overall the concert was great, all the small little kids are so cute, dancing
and hopping around. I love the tap dancing best! Make me feel like taking up
lessons man, which eventually I regretted not continuing ballet last time :(

Starbucks seem to be the RHD's fav, lol. We seem to love that place alot.
Mrt-ed and bus-ed home, kinda tired now eventhou I drunk coffee -.-
(Coffee makes the world go round and round*)

Anyway to Simonne,
Don't need to be so ke qi about us going over to your concert, we're there
to support! What are friends for? :) Also don't be disheartened about the
people who couldn't make it, still we're there! So smile yea :D

Flash Mob!

Today was awesome, so different from the other few days when
school started aft the holidays.

We had flash mob which was to spread the awareness of H1N1.
Those who participated had to wear a mask and walk around the place,
and when signaled we had to point to the board showing what we're doing.
It was really fun!

From Design Canteen to Biz Park, ITAS and lastly Student Lounge.
At Biz Park, I think this guy was kinda shocked cos we just sat there
with out mask. However he said Hi to increase the calmness in him, LOL.

Also today seem to be a laughing day, everywhere we went we're laughing
non-stop. Like every little thing, we laugh. We're just too bored or maybe
too stressed up alr. Teeheee :)

I enjoyed dinner with BPFs!
Spicy ramen, really spicy til we had sausage lips...

Met with some "Really Hot Designers" today, and we kinda roamed
around Citylink, Suntec City and Marina Square. We met late, thus
nothing much to do and also we had to leave early. However eventhou
this outing is not that successful, I still enjoy it. So Pamm, if you're
reading this, fret not, there's more to organise next time! :D

Talking about Micheal Jackson, I remember how my elder brother and I used to
listen to his songs and always trying to dance the moon walk. He is the King of Pop
and will always be the King of Pop.

Since young, he did not had the childhood he wanted and was often abused by
his Dad. He had to train all day and night to sing and also to dance. Thats the
reason why he made "Neverland" for the kids. He even gave up his home
just to "save" Neverland and had to stay at rented home in Holmby Hills in
Los Angeles.

Also upon reading more on the news, Micheal Jackson has seen as the
only parent to all his kids. He was devoted and both him and his kids had
gained respect for each other.

said was true. He said when Micheal Jackson was bankrupt, no one came to help nor
do anything but just condemned him about the court case on the molestation of a
15 year old boy.

But today, you see people mourning and stores/MTV playing his songs..

Yesterday was a great night, eventhou I had only four hours of sleep
cos I need to attend church service.

Went to one of the pub over at Chinatown. The pub has several dart
machines, seems fun but didn't give it a try. However June's boyf was kinda
pro at it eh, lol. So I played dice games, sounds boring uh but its still fun
la, if you know what I mean :D Then squeezed in June's car, and went to Clarke
Quay. Drank at Yello Jello, a retro pub, cozy place with a lot of Andy Warhol's
work hung on the wall, v nice :D There was a live band as well, however after abt three songs, they left alr.

DANCE DANCE DANCE....

Was approached by some Caucasians from Poland?(idk), and was asked to dance and
all. Well just some retro dance thing, so it was pretty okay. But that guy was
really tall, like 190cm?! I feel so short, man. After one group came, another
one approached us again -.- Like never-ending.. Later we left and cabbed home.

HAPPY DADDY'S DAY TO ALL! :)

Drama for Daddy's day today was awesome! The message they portrayed was that Fathers do play an important part in our life as well, not only Mothers. Also treasure the
people around you before regretting it later. However for those who does not
have the chance to feel your Fatherly love, its okay. Cos there's always our
Heavenly Father loving us :D He'll always be there.

Song of Solomon today was great, really inspired and touched
by how Pastor Tan had spoken about the Lord's Supper.
That phrase or verses will always be in my mind...
Next week will be the last one alr, thats fast a month ago my
mom was still asking me whether am I going anot.

Yes time really flies, soon some occasions gonna come up, xmas
and new year will be drawing near. Talking about holidays, my class
have yet to decide where to go for the field trip! Well I think we should
go near places instead, eventhou how much you guys dont want to go Asia
countries. I think Malacca is fun, communication wise is easy as well :D
Still as a class, no two classes, we gotta decide soon, and really soon!!!

I found that my blog is getting plain, simple and wordy and more wordy.
Sounds as if I am a naggy person or someth, which definitely is not me!
If someone's nice enough, help me with my blogskin I'll be happy and grateful :)

Wow man IVM module is finally over! We can all take a break from those
late nights and chiong-ing for all the presentations. Aft holidays, more
time gonna be spent in school. No more 9am to 12noon, but 9am to 6pm!
OMG, two modules ArRen and ComDI -.-

Anyway went to MindCafe again, played diff games and it was more of screaming
than playing I guess, Lol. This time we ate in school first, as it was still
early. Went with Taufiq(Boots), Cheryl(Back Pack), Simonne(Band), Esther, Jason
and Jeriel.

Simonne had to do forfeit and say someth, hahahhahahaha and it had been filmed
down!

Arrrghhhh Im tired, anyway bs was awesome.

It was nice to catch up with Jo again, went with her grp of
friends to St James. And apparently, I could take cheaper tickets
and also go in earlier if I bought it from Ray, however ended up
we bought the tickets from another person. -.-
Waited for an hour? Cos the queue was really long however thanks
to Jo's friend that we're able to go in and have a table as well.

The whole place was really packed, but still able to dance on the
dance floor. :D Had free flow drinks for those above 18! Jo couldnt
have it, so she was left at the dance floor with Pat and Patrick.
Home at 5am? *Yawns, and I woke up at 11am.....

Back to assignment three.

Rushed thru all the slides and stuff, oovoo, crap, skype, chat.....
Slept for four hours and headed school early in the morning. I couldn't
even walk straight man! omg, too tired eventhou I gulped a cup of coffee
before leaving my home.

Well presentation was not as expected cos of the time and also some other
reasons, its over i shall not say much.

Mindcafe was awesome!
Played the "ting ting" game (some fruits thing game with the bell), ugly ugly,
taboo, the joke game, expression or someth... sorry couldnt rmb the names of
the games, had too much fun! Its really cheap, 5bucks for four hours with free
flow of drinks and games. You can also add additional of 6bucks for main course!

Record I

Patient A: "So how.. this book not bad ya?"

Patient B: "Excellent! Astounding work. No nonsense shit, sharp and concise to the point.

But there's a major flaw in this piece of art is too many character names to remember!!!"

Nurse: "Hey! Can the two of you..put the telephone book back to the original place?"

Record II

One doctor asked a patient: "If I were to cut one of your ear off, what will happen to you?"

Patient: "Then I will not be able to hear..."

Doctor: "Hmm.. that's normal...So if I were to cut your other ear off, what will happen to you?"

Patient: "Then I will not be able to see..."
The doctor became nervous and asked: "Why would you not see then???"

Patient: "Because my spectacles will drop down..."

Record III

IMH has an old lady who wears black everyday, carries a black umbrella and squats @ the entrance to the IMH everyday without fail, rain or shine. A doctor wanted to administer treatment for her and decided to start by understanding her behaviour. So, the doctor also wear black and carries a black umbrella; squatted outside together just next to her, rain or shine, everyday without fail.
So...days goes by...the two of them squatted side-by-side w/o a single exchange of words..for one solid month...
One fine day..the old lady finally broke the silence and asked the doctor: "Err...Excuse me!

Are you also a mushroom?"

Record IV (be best)
A nurse saw a patient writing a letter.. She got curious and went to take a peek.. But the patient didn't wanna let her see.

Nurse (unable to contain her curiosity): "Who are you writing to?"

Patient : "I'm writing a letter to myself..."
Her curiosity grew and she thought to herself (Why would someone write a letter to himself?)

So she asked again: "So...what's written inside?"

Patient (got impatient): "You crazy ah? I haven't receive the letter, how would I know??"

Record V
Two patients escape from the IMH. They climbed up a tree and one of them fell from the tree and started rolling on the ground. After a while, the patient rolling shouted to the top: "Hey! How come you are not coming down yet?"

The patient ontop replied: "No..no...I can't...I'm not ripe yet"

Record VI
One patient visited the doctor: "Doc...how? I think I'm a chicken since I was born..."

Doctor: "Woah! that's very serious...Why do you only come and seek treatment now?"

Patient: "Because my family needs me to hatch the eggs..."

Record VII (Prefect)
One truck driver was doing his usual delivery to IMH. He discovered a flat tyre when he was about to go home after unloading the stuff.

He jacked up the truck and took the flat tyre down.When he was about to fix on the new tyre, he accidentally dropped all the bolts into the drain.

The truck driver was very sad as he can't fished the bolts up; started to panick.

Coincidentally, one patient walk past and asked the driver what happened.

The driver thought to himself, since there's nothing much he can do, he told the patient the whole incident.

The patient nonchantly replied: "can't even fix such a simple problem...no wonder you are destined to be a truck driver..." he goes on explaining:

"You just have to take one bolt each from the other 3 tyres and fix it onto this tyre. Drive to the nearest workshop and replace the missing ones"

The driver was very impressed and asked "You're so smart but why do you stay in IMH?"

Patient replied: "I stay here because I'm crazy not STUPID!"

Oh oh must add this,

The ironically thing is that he was saying this and that is fattening

Did our research early in the morning at Orchard for VM,
then went to have breakfast at Mac and supposedly to starbucks to
finish up APEL, yet we went to Zara first. Too tempted la, no choice.
Yes we bought someth there, and Jq bought the most, she spent 174bucks there!

OMG!
My photobooth is filled with lots of unglam, funny and weird photos!
I even have videos in it, damn hilarious. Not bad, can look at it when Im feeling

Second module, first lesson was pretty dry cos the presentation
has 57 pages with alot of words. Perry was kinda impatient while going
thru as well, haaha. He let us off an hour earlier, so nice! Oh on Friday,
my class will be going on a Field Trip to Orchard Road :D WHEEEEEEEE, haven
been to orchard for quite sometime alr.

Was really tired when I went to school today for APEL, however I still
manage to listen thru the whole lesson :) I recall ytd Joyce kept talking
abt doing presentations and all, now it's my turn! I have to present it next
Saturday but lucky thing is that my group is the last group YEA!

Need alot of help, esp ANDY! (we need ur photography skills, Lol)
Gotta discuss soon abt what we gonna do, cos I dont know how will the next
module be like.

Anyway aft school, had lunch at Ikea Tampines.
I was so full aft eating the 8th meatball, yet when I see all of my friend's
plate, it's all polished so well Lol. They can really eat alot, esp Weiming.
Aft one plate of ten meatballs, another plate of chicken leg, one chicken wing,
he still can eat, OMG he's a monster!

Then took shuttle bus, and went to Elias Mall w JiaQi. We went to have beancurd
at first, but I was really too full so I drunk ChinChow while she had beancurd.
After eating, I went to Granny house and she went home.

THURSDAY
BBQ was totally awesome! So many pictures taken eventhou it's like
a few hours only. We did so many poses and the best was the
"(Shall not name the person, lol) pose", damn hilarious.
Aft all the mass dance, singing, screaming and shouting or whatever we did,
the rats had to scare our guts out. It's huge man! And it's disgusting, OMG!
There's two of it, or maybe more I don't know. So whoever goes to ECP next time
for BBQ, be careful!!!!!!

TODAY
Met Warren over at his school today, partly to wait for Joyce aft her soccer
and also have lunch since we haven't been meeting for like a year or two.
He grown fatter, goodness. (if you're reading this, must go on diet kay! Jyjy)
Anyway the school is like mountain or hill, good way to exercise lol.
Supposed to take photos, ended up like one?

But somehow my photo booth is filled with unglam photos now, haaha.

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, It's the end of block 1 alr!
It's like so fast, one month past alr and we've done so much
during this 30days :D Eventhou all those drawings seem never-ending
and so many editing to do, still we've completed it!
However tmrw is the deadline for the storyboard, kinda last min uh,
nothing comes into my mind yet, OMG this sucks man.
Well, I shall continue during the three hours tmrw.

Yes I am loving school eventhou I have this huge piece of paper
that I gotta work on. Its A1 size, man my study table is not even big enough
to fit that paper. Still, I love my course, my school, my friends and
of course my lecturers :) I was glad to have lunch with Fion, Germaine and
Terry today, eventhou Ger and Terry had to go off soon aft eating. I want to
meet the awesome people from the awesomest family, my ex working friends, Milli,
and all the nice people on Earth! Im so bored that Im crapping...

"A is for Awesome"!

Yes the camp was awesome, eventhou i had mixed feelings abt it the other
time. I've made good friends, played and enjoyed myself, dance, cheered and
lastly lost my voice. It's really coarse now, I don't know how am I gonna
work tmrw -.-

Well, design school way to go! Tp rawks! (like totally~)
First few days were pretty much like strangers to each other, however as day
pass by, our grp really bonded and unite as a whole. We even had clubs, haaha.

I think the way they end the whole camp by giving us a "shower" was really
surprising yet it was fun, (eventhou kinda diff to breathe)! We were soaked
wet, completely from head to toes. I'll miss Reyko, or rather Reylon as well.

Yes, camp's tmrw! It's a 4 days 2 nights camp, no you didn't read
wrongly, it's indeed FOUR days TWO nights! The first day there's no
stayover, only the second day. I have mixed feelings about it, I don't
know why so don't ask me. However Im glad that I know quite a few of
people in design sch, at least I won't be bored :)

Today's drama on "The Final Solution" was thumbs up!
Somehow tears just kept flowing, it was really emotional and
the drama club really did a good job! :)

Working at Parkway is getting dry, as in no sales or one or two.
The counter was small and guardian is just nearby, anyone can grab
the start kit anywhere. However the people there are v nice, maybe
cos everyone's in the service line thats why.

Omgosh, two more days to camp..

Recently I have been reading, its like so sudden and also
random. I don't know, but reading seems fun and enjoyable :)
Also time passes faster when you're reading, good past time!

Just went to the carrefour sales, and got two books at only $6each.
Its so cheap and those were the books I wanted to get long ago,
how coincidental?

Anyway I've watched "Knowing", the movie was alright but the ending
part is a lil no link and too dramatic? But overall its still worth
watching :) Its abt the end of the world thing....
Go watch, I shall not elaborate much alr.

Sales was pretty good today, I sold 7/15 starter kit!
Okay, nothing to be proud of actually cos limited stock.
Hope tmrw I can sell the remaining ones and helped out at
other places instead. I was shocked when I entered BT Plaza,
it doesn't look like a shopping mall at all. However the NTUC,
which they call it "Fairprice finest" was really
huge and the traffic flow was pretty good. But getting there is a problem,
kinda far from the MRT stations, and the bus stops is v far as well.

Finally had a chance to meet up with Shermin.
We went for the neutrogena briefing then to town and
she bought pretty quite alot of stuff. She gotta be happy
cos Im sucha nice friend to acc you, stop saying (you-know-what)!
Lol, nevermind still love you the same.

Anyway on the way back home, there's this boy in epps(my ex pri sch)
uniform sitting on a two seater seat. He sat towards the window and
placed a fake cockroach beside him. I guess he testing how would
people react, esp the ladies, cos he and his parents alighted the
same bus stop as me. They were discussing about that cockroach thingy,
and the boy was saying most of them were shocked/stunned.

Anyway just went to celebrate Terry's birthday over at Timber
and Oosters. We had about 13 people if Im not wrong and the total bill
for both the food and drinks costs up to about $500plus?
We ordered alot at Timber, the thin crust pizzas are fab!

Terry got special privileges at Oosters, he got one free tequila and one free
absolute vodka. He was pretty awake still despite drinking mixtures of drinks,
but sadly wy was not that fortunate. He vomited twice, one was outside the bar
and the other was in the train. Luckily he had a plastic bag, if not the whole train
would stink!

Oh ya I've yet to upload the Disney on Ice photos!
Shall wait or Feeeyawn to send me the photos for today and post them
together :)

Omgosh, I just went to get my haircut and I think it looks weird

on me. I regret cutting cos my hair was really long alr and the weather

I just got my MacBook today!

I didn't get it at the IT show but at Best Denki, the deal was not bad as

they have this one month waiver for UOB card holders. :)

I bought the red mouse, red plastic cover, red earpiece, protection plan,

iWorks and the screen protector(I dont need it but still paste it though).

Saw those red markings? Yes I really love red alot! And the salesman was really

nice, he helped me to change my wallpaper to red and gave me discounts :D

He said he can see that I loved red alot cos my nails were red and my watch too.

Also he commented that I'll buy a red macbook if there is one -.- but still thank you!

However one thing not good abt Mac is I cant webcam on Msn :(

And I cant group my friends...

I still love Apple though, haaha.

Yesterday was Cousins' Day for me but Elaine and June wasn't
free to join us to have a drink at Boat Quay. Supposedly should be
at Clarke Quay but ended up at Raining Bar. This was my second time
there, and surprisingly it wasn't packed. We drank Chivas and it roughly
cost each of us $22? So it was pretty okay, as in reasonale price :)

I think I laughed and talked too loud ytd cos my voice seem to sound v
rough now. No choice, the people singing were like singing v loudly. We played
dice, and I was like the jinx of Karen as she had to drink. Lol
A fun night indeed.

Finally Im going to watch Marley and Me later, Im so happy!
Then maybe going over to the IT fair as well, see some notebooks and all.

Woke up f-ing early today as I am going with Jo to RP
to enrol. Her dad was really nice to send us there and back,
thanks Uncle a.k.a my guardian*, lol. Actually I didn't intend
to enrol because firstly that wasn't the course I want and Im still
waiting for TP to reply. However in the end, it's still better to play
safe and thus decided to enrol and go thru those "stations".
It felt retarded.

Then I had a nap first as my eyes were going to shut, Im tired.
Surprisingly aft the nap, I decided to the stuff in my room and
found many good memories. I found my primary school class photos!
Omgosh, how long have I not seen them? Going thru the rows of people,
it reminds me of how enjoyable primary school life was.

I was in the cheerleading squad, we cheered and joined competitions...
It was so much fun. Also I remember the times for the inter-class frisbee
competitions, it was awesome and really competitive. Jessica's class were
strong players and emerged first, whereas my class got second runner up
or someth. How wonderful? I have not been frisbee-ing for so long alr!
We also had inter-class line dancing, sounds old fash right but it's really
enjoyable and you can how classes unite as one to compete, also all the
dances are flimed down. Don't know if our school still keeps it...

Such memories, unforgetable.

Im pretty confused now, seriously.
Many things are going thru in my head right now as
I am typing. This is really stupid man.
Okay enough of those, I shall not think and just allow
things to flow as it is.

Anyway Im going to watch "Disney on Ice" on Friday.
I feel like a kid again, lol. This is my first time watching okay.
My Mom and I are actually accompanying my little bro to watch it
with his schoolmates and all, also the tickets prices were reasonable cos
we've special discounts :) We're getting first row seats at the price of
last row seats, get it? It's about half the price, so why not?!

So everyone had watched Marley and Me but not me :(
How depressing man, nevermind shall ask Mom whether she wants
to watch, teehee. Yes my Mom watches movies, cool i know.

Had interview at Tp today, for the design course.
I think I'll rate it like 50percent for my confidence?
I was really nervous but I think I did relatively okay.
Maybe because the interviewers were friendly and also
the questions were fairly asked.

Had lunch and went over to town to meet Jeremy and his friend.
Another movie today, "Let the right one in".
I think I've spent alot on movies, maybe one day I'll just
buy the package thingy and watch it at a cheaper price.

Anyway about the movie, it wasn't as nice as it looked on
the adverts. Also the ending was someow not related to the
whole story? It's weird, and full of bloody scenes.

Went to school to collect my testimonials and also photos
of my art exams. Unexpectedly met Melvin for a movie
at Ehub, and watched "He's just not that into you".
The movie was pretty much "teaching" you how is relationship
and all. I somehow knew some parts of the stories alr because
I read the storybook, teehee.

Recently, just watched "Slumdog Millionaire" and "Valkyrie".
Both movies are awesome, do watch them!
Also Tom Cruise has hot ass, (for Valkyrie). Lol

Well if you guys realised, orchard areas are not as crowded as
before esp during the weekend. Guess its much pretty due to the
recession. Eventhough most of the stores are having crazy sales,
I don't think it helped much maybe a little?

Oh so today met the awesome people for lunch buffet
at this Japanese Restaurant which was only ten steps away from
my aunt's coffeeshop. The food was pretty okay and quite a lot of
varieties. & for the first time I tried pork belly -.-

Then, we went to Siglap Haaegen Dasz' Fondue :)
*No photos cos we assumed each of us would bring camera..

Anyway talking about pigs, you guys must watch "Unexpected Access".
Saw how they slaughter the pigs? It's very sad, the pigs are electrocuted,
cut on the neck to drain the blood, dipped in 60 degree celcius water,
burnt, chilled and deliver. These pigs are also put on auction for the butchers.
It takes three days for the slaughtering process, and aft three days, new pigs
arrive and the process repeats.

I guess I'll never eat pork anymore..
Do you know pigs actually tear when they are killed?
Its really sad.

Wow, it's sucha nice feeling to go out together for
the FIRST TIME aft three years, lol and some even
five years. But the best part was the unity we had,
be it in art class or the dinner we had, it was really
awesome to gather again.

Remember how we used to "sneak" food into the art
room, playing "blind-mice", that sweet thingy game,
playing loud music, wasting paint(oops, ha), decorating
the artroom, place notices everywhr, sharing each others'
opinion, go home late in the evening, pizza treat, bubble tea,
fries, waffles, sushi.... too many to name.

Even if we didn't score really well for our art exam, I/we would
still like to thank Ms Sarah Toh for her patient and always taking
care of us. Hope this treat would add to the wonderful memories
we had together. :)

Booooooooo, why is cny this year so boring?
Everyone don't seem to have the mood..

Inkheart is a must-watch,
imagine you have this magical power to read out
any story and the characters and the story itself
come out to live.. how i wish i had one,
and i'll read (fill in the blanks)

This movie reminds me of Bedtime Stories, similar
storyline only that this story they have to read the
characters back into the book.

The Wedding Game is lame and it doesn't really worth the money.
The story is contradicting and its complicated.
Maybe not that complicated but somehow its still..
not worth that tenbucks to watch it.
I rather spent the money on All Well's Ends Well(or someth),
which I've also watched it alr, though it's even lame-r.

I went for the JPSAE interview at TP in the morning.
Met Zhao Hong as he was going to school as well.
There were total of 13 students including me.
The interview was alright but it was kinda weird cos
it was a group interview rather than individuals.

First, they briefly introduce the course to us.
Next, we played a mini game.
Then, introduced ourselves and explained why we chose
this course.
Last, comment on products.

I don't know if I've did well for the interview, but I've done
my best. Knew new friends as well, really hope I'll get into
that course and also prolly see them again next time in the
same class :)
but the intake is only limited to 45 people..

I, actually had been called twice by the same girl.
She told me that I was short-listed for a marketing
and sales related job in Eunos. Then she explained how
flexible the working hours were but not explaining the job
scope. When I questioned her about the place and building
name of the company, all she answered was it was in Eunos,
near MDIS Building..

Ong Bak 2's ending was crap.. however the whole fighting

Happy New Year!

Let's emerge to welcome 2009 and hope it'll
be a good year ahead!

Well, I went to watch Bedtime Stories!
Really funny show, and how I wish it can actually
happen in real life. So fairytale, good movie to put
an end for year 2008.

We were in the cab rushing down to Central Mall,
and really hoped we won't be celebrating in the cab.
The uncle was like saying he rather celebrate w us than
to sit in the taxi to countdown. Lol
At the very last 5secs, we got out of the cab and we heard
people counting down alrdy but unfortunately we're unable
to see the fireworks :(

However when we went to the Thai Disco, they were still
counting down from 10s to 1s. Haha, slow by few secs.
The Thai Disco was pretty alright, the girls looks pretty but
kinda slutish when they dance w those little clothings..

Supposed to stay out till late night, however we didnt know where
to go thus went back early. It was 2.30am by then..
Zhan and I actually walked from Central Mall all the way to Clarke
Quay so as to hail a cab. Everyone was competing for it!

As I was waiting, a man walked over and asked if I wanted to share
a cab with them. Like hell no that Im gonna share cab w you guys.
I said I was waiting for my friend who is just opposite.
He walked away and his friend was like saying, "hey, you failed man!"
-.- Wtf

Finally we got in the cab at 3.18am,
reached home at 4am I think and slept only at 5.45am.

Gonna go to the airport later..

Shyt, I gonna gain weight soon!

Yesterday was all about eating..
First, we went to Mr. Curry at Central.
The food there was pretty okay, the irritating thing
was to choose whether you want original, red or black
curry, also to choose the level of spicy-ness.

The black curry was horrible, it was the squid ink
or someth, the look of it was spoils the whole thing.
However, the taste was okay but still the color of
it was irks me.

Then, we went to eat Hokkaido Ice Cream :)
Ate while walking around the pub areas and ended up
walking back to Central -.-
So we decided to go to Ya Kun just to sit down and chit chat.
Of course, we did order some drinks and also toast, lol.

After that, we took some photos outside before heading to
Ehub, to actually watch a movie but cancelled in the end due
to it was sold out. Elaine went home first, while we slacked
at Mac while waiting for her to get the car.

We somehow randomly decide where to go and went to these
places, Geylang for porridge, tim sum and beancurd,
Siglap for Mango Snow Ice.

And finally home sweet home at 4am.
Im tired, but I enjoyed myself.
I don't know if Im able to wake up on time for work tmrw..
Well, we'll be continueing staying out late next week, lol

Christmas eve this year was sucha exception,
it was a wonderful and enjoyable night :)

Met up w Zhan and Nigel first before heading to
meet Milli and Co., they are forever late! tsktsk
Well went roaming arnd first, and met Zhan's friend.
Wanted to go to Clarke Quay at first, however in the
end we still went over to town -.-

Went to BabyFace, (a pub or club or whatever it is),
a place for 23years old and above. I was able to get in
there because of Kelson's client, and she paid the entrance
fees for us. As a first timer, the place was alright only that
its v smoky luh. My eyes hurt man!

Surprisingly saw my auntie there as well, and
they drank Martell. I drank coke :)
Countdown for Christmas before heading down to watch
a movie Cathay, however our luck dont seem to be that good,
all are either sold out or we've watched before..

By then, it was already 2am.
So we went to TCC to chill since it was the only available
cafe opened. Chilled and decided to cab down to Ehub
to look for Alex and Timo. I cannot stop yawning in the
cab, cos I woke up like 6.40am in the morning that day for
work.. luckily I took half day.

Chat and had breakfast, and was only home at 7am.
What a tiring day, and wasted my Christmas at home
sleeping.. lol

What a long day yesterday..

Met Shermin first, went to Bugis, CityHall,
Marina Square and ChinaTown.
Had BillyBombers for dinner and received alot
of vouchers, and the waiter there was saying,
"It's good to have vouchers with you nowadays
esp when the economy is like this."

I was, "Oh okay, thanks!"
-.-

Instead, gave Shermin the vouchers cos it can
only be used at Jurong East.

Then, went over to Galleria at Orchard to meet Milli,
Zhan and Chong. Im just so confused where are they at
first, and the conver over the phone was funny.

After roaming arnd the packed like sardines Orchard,
we went to Bedok to look for Nigel and drove our way to
Siglap for Haagen Daz for chocolate fondue :)
(this is the second fondue for the day)
What a pity that we're unable to choose the flavours for our
ice cream :(

Looking up the night sky, it was beautiful with those blingy
shiny stars. So we decided to go to East Coast, it was sucha
calm and peaceful night, only that some kids were running
arnd screaming.

Two great movies, four over five :D

Today at work is really busy, have been working OT.

Movie Review

This show is totally gore-ish, cannot take it.
If you love gore, go ahead and watch it.
Im rating this like 2/5stars.

The story is about this some rare stain of rabies, where the people
affected will go around biting people's neck like some vampires.
However some parts are really funny, esp the reporter going
around looking for the camera at the end of the show.
She seems like some blind woman, damn hilarious.

Overall, not a good movie.

I think Singaporeans are really kiasu.

The tissue paper issue;
The most common thing you see in the hawker centre
or foodcourts are free tissue papers at the corner
of the tables. And why do they do that for?
- "chope the place"

I didn't know a small packet of tissue paper plays sucha
wonderful place in our life that you can reserve just
by placing it on the table. Moreover it is placed neatly on the
table. So after "reserving", you can also use the tissue paper
after meals. Two in One! Good Deal...

Take an example from today during lunchtime,
I was queueing and happened to be standing near this table
where this guy was asking me something. Also his friend
was queueing behind me.
Guy, "Miss, you want to share the table with us not?"
Me, smiled nicely, "No, it's okay."
Guy, "Share luh, then I can go buy my food and you help me to
take care of the table."
Me, " No, my colleague is waiting for me there"
Guy, stands up and search his pockets, "You got tissue not?"
Me, shakes head.
Guy, "Hmm, ask your friend to come here, then I can buy food."
Guy asked his friend, "You got tissue not?"

Then he keep looking around and kept asking me for a packet of tissue
for the THIRD time. So his friend asked him to go and buy his food and
put his nametag or something on the table instead.

See, no tissue paper, put other things to "chope" lor.
Why can't he just sit there and wait or rather share the table with
someone else if the table they had "reserved" is taken?

Other issue is the TODAY paper;
If you guys do happen to walk towards the Pasir Ris MRT
Station in the morning like 7 to 8am, you'll see people
standing randomly surrounding the pile of newspaper.

I was shocked at first when I saw that, as I was wondering
what are these people doing. Then I saw that pile of newspaper.
It's like a competition, who gets it first, can (I-dont-know).
This is not only kiasu but also ganchiong(excited).

I think this is really uniquely Singapore.

RATS SEEN IN FOOD REPUBLIC

To the shock of several diners, a mouse fell from the ceiling

of Food Republic onto a table at Vivocity on Oct 29. Subsequently,

BreadTalk, which manages the foodcourt, said it had refunded the diners

the full costs of their meals, and had called in the pest control company.

Shan, Eric and Keith were amongst the diners who saw the mouse.

Recounted one of the contributors: "A rodent dropped from the ceiling of

Food Republic @ Vivocity on 29 Oct 2008 at about 7.55pm.

"It landed on a table occupied by 8 patrons, right next to a hotpot."

"The rat appeared to be dead initially, so some of the affected patrons

started taking pictures of it to "gather evidence" while others looked for

Food Republic staff for assistance."

"But the rodent started moving shortly afterwards. It hid under a stack of

trays first, and then ran off before anyone could catch it."

Breadtalk, after being contacted, said: "On the 29th of October, after we were notified of the incident, the customers af fected (8 of them) were compensated with a full refund of their dinner. We contacted them immediately to apologize for the unpleasant experience."

"We take this issue very seriously and want to public to know that we are doing everything we possibly can to ensure that such incidents have a lesser chance of reoccurrence."

"We currently conduct daily sanitation and bi-weekly atrium pest control treatment; these measures will be stepped up. If I say today's paper was easy, It was not.
Neither can I say it was difficult.
The paper was fairly difficult with alot of theory
based questions in paper 2. For paper 1, I think
most of us lost 10marks because of the rent account
questions. Also there was actually two questions at
the back, luckily I noticed it if not I'll lose that two
marks too. Sighs.

Below is a email received like a few days ago regarding
OREO cookies(it's like one of my fav but not now!) with
maggots in it.

Please read.

After seeing, head felt itchy! (the person meant the photos,
I didn't upload it becos I didn't like the feeling either.
However I can forward the email you want, just leave your email
in my tagboard)
Whenever you're eating biscuit that has sugar cream in the middle,
you must be extra careful. You know the usual thing to do to Oreo
is to open, twist and lick the cream and dunk it into the milk. But this
particular Oreo is different becos when you open and twist it, you see
maggots in it. Whenever you eat anything, better check it first.

Last two days I was reading a book on the bed, and suddenly I heard
noises in the room. My roommate just bought Oreo biscuit with chocolate
flavor from 7-11. Before she bites it, she saw something strange in the
middle cream, it had many white small hole. She thought it's impossible that
Oreo have new product with new taste? (I dont understand this part, it doesn't
make any sense. new product=new taste, right?)

Is it the sugar? But how come it's looked like this?
Then she took the pack, it's correct, chocolate taste, not white chocolate and
there's no fruit added in it. Expired? Still a long way to go. The pack is still in
good condition. Is it possible, the look is awful but actually the taste is yummy?

Finally she opened the biscuit, it is full of white small holes which looked like
the spoiled eggs which was actually the maggot's nest. It was disgusting!
Luckily my friend's eyesight was sharp, what would happen if she had bite it?
Then we investigate through the internet and we found that,
"OMG.... there was also a victim in January who came across the same thing."
After ½ year, we still find the same product? Hence, my friend brrough 2 biscuit
along with its pack to the 7-11 shop for refund. But the white spots had disappeared
as it had dissolved into the cream. Quickly, my friend opened the pack and took
out another biscuit, opened it and there was the same thing. Luckily the shop
staff was willing to refund the money back. However we don't know if the items
will be wiped out soon.

He gave us the reason was, the goods are import product, probably there's problem
during the process of shipment. OMG, one of the huge companies with the lots of
advertisements, how can such problem happen? How is the Oreo production
company? Last ½ year the same problem had happened. There's no reason for them
to not improve the quality of their products?

For all friend who like to consume OREO biscuit, open your eyes widely before
consuming it.

I actually edited on the sentence structure because it will be really weird to read it
if it was not edited. I think the whole meaning of this email is just to give an awareness
regarding to Oreo cookies. As you all know, Oreo had also been suspected to have
melamine, therefore it is also safe not to buy them. However from the picture,
the packaging is in chinese so I assume that this happens in probably China. Still,
be on a lookout when eating them. You might not know maybe you'll be the one!

I don't know what's wrong with me today.

First, I woke up rather late.
Second, I forgot to pack my bag the day before
so you can imagine me rushing to find all my stuff.
Third, I didn't realise that my pencil case was not
inside my bag till it's time to go in for examination.
And at that point of time, I literally just scolded
the f word. However, fortunate enough, my classmates
has extra stationeries and my calculator was in my bag.
Forth, my IC and entry proof was in my pencil case.
Hence, I used my ez-link card. Surprisingly the invigilator
was kind and asked me to bring it for the next paper.
Fifth, thinking that the paper was 2hours, I rushed through
everything(almost leaving all blank) and went to the Section
B first. Then, I strained my eyes to see the timing wrote on
the whiteboard and realised that I had another half an hour more.

I think I just woke up at the wrong side of the bed.
However things seem to be alright after the paper though,
revised POA over at SuperDog. :))

It is therefore upon this discovery that I now decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as the next kin (I want to present you as his business associate) to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and I don't want this money to go into the Bank treasury as unclaimed Bill. (Woah, I didnt know there's such a thing as applying to be someone's next kin. Also, why doesn't she want the money to go into the Bank treasury?)

The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained Unclaimed after seven years, the money will be transferred into the Bank treasury as unclaimed fund. The request of foreigner as next of kin in this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Burkina be cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner. (So? Why can't she just put that money in the stupid Bank treasury?!!)

I agree that 35% of this money will be for you as foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10 % will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 55% would be for me. There after I will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated. (I rather she keep the whole sum and set up her 'whatever' business she claimed to be having)

Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to your account as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as next of kin of the deceased customer. Upon receipt of your reply, I will send to you by fax or email the text of the application. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer.
